Match vs. Salisbury Postponed

St. Mary's City, Md. - With weather forecasts calling for 65-80% chance of precipitation Wednesday, St. Mary's College of Maryland's head coach Derek Sabedra announced this morning the postponement of today's men's and women's tennis matches against Salisbury University.

Both coaches decided to reschedule the match to Monday, April 13 at 3:30 at the Somerset Tennis Complex.  April 13 will also be Senior Day as the tennis program will recognize its five seniors: Jeremy Butanis (Fallston, Md./Fallston), Brett Hermans (Exeter, N.H./Exeter), Andrew MacLaughlin (Cambridge, Md./Cambridge-South Dorchester), Jerilyn Rogalski (Amherst, Mass./Amherst Regional), and Sarah Weisse (Sykesville, Md./South Carroll).

Both Seahawk squads will return to action on Friday, April 3 when the men (9-3) host Stevenson at 3:00 followed by a match with Southern Virginia at 6:00.  The women (7-3) will just host Southern Virginia at 6:00 on Friday.
