Ashland, Va. - The St. Mary's College of Maryland women's swim team dropped a 129-76 decision to Randolph-Macon College Friday afternoon but along the way, the Seahawks (2-1) established a pair of pool records.

Senior captain Brie McDowell (Doylestown, Pa./Hatboro-Horsham) set a pool record in the 100 back as McDowell led off the 400 medley relay with a record-setting time of 59.49, breaking the old mark of 1:00.92 set six years ago by Randolph-Macon's Erin Ewalt.

The foursome of McDowell, sophomore Sofia Sokolove (Bethesda, Md./Bethesda-Chevy Chase), junior Rachel Hotchko (Yakima, Wash./A.C.
