Senior Sarah Grady York, Pa. - This week, the Capital Athletic Conference introduces St. Mary's College senior women's soccer midfielder Sarah Grady (Ellicott City, Md./Mt. Hebron), who has been a four-year letterwinner and has started more than 30 games for the Seahawks.  In addition to being a steady influence on the pitch, Grady is a two-year academic all-star, including a berth on the 2007 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Team.
