Carroll Voted CAC Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year

St. Mary's College of Maryland senior women's soccer and women's lacrosse standout Karisa Carroll was selected by the Capital Athletic Conference athletic directors and sports information directors as the 2009-10 CAC Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

St. Mary's Hall of Fame Class of 2010 Announced

Four former student-athletes will be inducted into the St. Mary’s College of Maryland Hall of Fame on Friday, October 1, as part of the annual Hawktober Festival — St. Mary’s Homecoming weekend. The induction ceremony will be held on Friday evening at Daugherty-Palmer Commons.

Bertrand Selected to Play in North/South Senior All-Star Game

Senior team captain Alex Bertrand will represent the St. Mary’s College of Maryland women’s lacrosse team at the 2010 IWLCA/Under Armour North/South Senior All-Star Game being held at the United States Training Center in Downingtown, Pa. on Saturday, June 12 at 2:00 pm.

Fallon-Oben, Parker, Mirkin Snatch Up All-Region Honors

The Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association honored 224 Division III student-athletes with a selection to one of the seven all-region squads for 2010 as announced Thursday afternoon. Senior Nora Fallon-Oben, first-year Lauriann Parker and junior Aubrey Mirkin represented St. Mary’s College of Maryland on the All-Chesapeake Region Women’s Lacrosse Teams.
