No. 8 St. Mary's Sailing Takes Fifth at Coed Nationals
The St. Mary’s College of Maryland coed sailing team put the final touches on their 2010-11 campaign with a fifth-place finish at the 2011 Gill/ICSA Coed Dinghy National Championship on Wednesday. St. Mary’s was the only school to produce three top 5 finishes this year with a third-place finish at the Women’s Nationals and a fifth-place finish at the Team Race Nationals.

Seahawk Sailing Comes in Fifth at Team Race Nationals
The St. Mary’s College of Maryland sailing team fell short in defense of their APS/ICSA Team Race National Championship title as the Seahawks finished fifth at this year’s team race championship, which wrapped up Sunday. Roger Williams University claimed the team race title in its first-ever appearance at the event followed by Boston College, College of Charleston, and Georgetown University.

No. 2 St. Mary's Women's Sailing Finishes Third at Women's Nationals
One championship down, two more left. The St. Mary’s College of Maryland women’s sailing team wrapped up competition at the 2011 Sperry Top-Sider/ICSA Women’s National Championship Thursday afternoon, finishing third behind national champion, University of Rhode Island, and national runner-up, Connecticut College.

St. Mary's Athletic Department Concludes 2010-11 with Annual Awards
The St. Mary’s College of Maryland Department of Athletics and Recreation announced the winners of the annual end of the year awards Monday night. This year’s winners will be honored during the four showings of the 2010-11 athletic highlight video produced by seniors Adam Shenk and Alex Franz.
