Middletown, R.I. – The first national rankings for the Fall 2011 season was released Thursday afternoon and St. Mary's College of Maryland was ranked seventh on the women's side. The coed team earned 213 points to be ranked ninth. Last weekend, St. Mary's finished fifth at the Riley Cup hosted by Old Dominion University while sophomore John Wallace (St. Petersburg, Fla./St. Petersburg Catholic) took third at the Laser South hosted by the U.S. Naval Academy to advance to the MAISA Singlehanded Championships on October 8-9.
