Seahawk Men's Cross Country Honored by USTFCCCA
New Orleans, La. – One hundred and thirty-one NCAA Division III men’s cross country teams earned Cross Country All-Academic Team status from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association and St. Mary’s College of Maryland was one of those teams recognized.

St. Mary's Men's Cross Country Closes out 2011 Campaign at NCAA Mideast Regional
The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s cross country team finished 34th in the 47-team field at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional hosted by DeSales University Saturday afternoon. Junior captain Dan Swain was the first Seahawk runner to cross the finish line to pace St. Mary’s in its 34th-place finish.

St. Mary's Men's Cross Country Fifth at CAC Championships
Junior captain Nick Pasko was the first to cross the finish line on a snowy Saturday afternoon at the 2011 Capital Athletic Conference Men’s Cross Country Championships hosted by York College of Pennsylvania at the John Rudy State Park as St. Mary’s College of Maryland came in fifth in the nine-team field.

Seahawk Men's Cross Country Competes at Gettysburg Invitational
Sophomore Matt Bennett finished 152nd out of 347 runners Saturday morning at the Gettysburg College Invitational to lead the St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s cross country team. The Seahawks finished overall 22nd out of 31 squads amongst a field that featured several Division II institutions.

The Seahawks of St. Mary’s College of Maryland turned in solid finishes Saturday at the DeSales University Invitational, finishing as a team 25th out of 45 schools.

Seahawk Men's Cross Country Competes at Paul Short Run
Nine St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s cross country runners competed Friday in the White Race at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University. Competing against several Division II schools, the Seahawks finished 35th out of 42 teams.

The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s cross country team recorded their first top-five finish of the 2011 season as the Seahawks took third at the Coach Achtzehn Classic hosted by York College of Pennsylvania Saturday afternoon.

St. Mary's Men's Cross Country Seventh at Salisbury Fall Classic
The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s cross country team performed well for first-year head coach Lynn O’Dell at Saturday’s Salisbury University Fall Classic. The Seahawks finished in seventh place of 10 teams at their first meet of the 2011 campaign.
