York, Pa. - Tom Fisher entered the 2009-10 men's and women's cross country season with a unique opportunity - to start two programs from scratch and be competitive in the highly-successful Capital Athletic Conference.  This week, CAC INTRODUCING ... focuses on the coach who has guided his teams to a pair of top three finishes in the first month of the program's history.
