Dan Swain
York, Pa. - Dan Swain (Baltimore, Md./Calvert Hall) of the St. Mary's College of Maryland men's cross country team nabbed his second Capital Athletic Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week honor as announced by conference commissioner, Tom Byrnes, notching the award for the week ending October 18.
The 5-10 freshman paced the fledgling Seahawk harriers to their third fourth-place finish of the season at the Hood College Open this past Saturday as Swain garnered his second silver medal of 2009.
