St. Marys Still Third after Day Two
St. Mary's City, Md. - The 2010 Capital Athletic Conference Men's Swimming Championships at St. Mary's College of Maryland witnessed six NCAA provisional times as the second day of competition wrapped up Saturday.
University of Mary Washington retained its hold on first place in the team standings with 637 points, nabbing six gold-medal performances in seven events. The Eagles notched all six NCAA ‘B' cuts.
St. Mary's remained in third place with 274 points after receiving solid performances from junior captain Jackson Webb (Leonardtown, Md./Leonardtown) and freshmen Evan Wollman (Annapolis, Md./DeMatha Catholic) and Billy DeBoissiere (Columbia, Md./Atholton).

SEAHAWK HIGHLIGHTS
Wollman became a second team All-CAC
honoree after finishing second in the 100 breaststroke in 59.51
while DeBoissiere followed in third place in
1:00.99. Junior Aaron Page (Keene,
N.H./Keene) captured the consolation finals of the event in
1:03.03.
The Seahawk quartet of junior captain Nico Pinto (Lima, Peru), Wollman, sophomore Joe Kelly (Ellicott City, Md./Mt. Hebron), and Webb earned all-conference honors with their third-place finish in the 200 medley relay (1:40.24).
Webb picked up third team All-CAC honors in the 100 butterfly in 53.27 while Kelly was second in the consolation finals with his 10th-place finish (55.99).
DeBoissiere, Page, sophomore Ron Michael (Sykesville, Md./McDonogh), and Kelly swam a 7:28.14 for a third-place finish in the 800 free relay.
Pinto added a sixth-place finish in the 100 backstroke, touching the wall in 57.22, while Michael finished 12th in the 200 freestyle in 1:52.23.
Freshman Logan Riley (Annapolis, Md./Broadneck) was St. Mary's top finisher in the 400 individual medley, finishing 13th in 4:49.17. Freshman Chris Coghill (Brunswick, Md./Brunswick) followed Riley in 14th in 4:50.21.
