Montclair, N.J. – The No. 16 St. Mary's College of Maryland men's lacrosse team had a tough second quarter and the Seahawks came out on the short end of a 13-11 non-conference loss at host No. 14 Montclair State University Saturday afternoon.

Senior attackman Stew D'Ambrogi (Severna Park, Md./Severn) closed the gap to two at 10:42 before Montclair State responded with back-to-back goals for a 13-9 edge at 3:03. St. Mary's found the back of the net twice in the final 2:31 for the 13-11 final.
