    Capital Athletic Conference Commissioner Tom Byrnes announced Monday afternoon that 826 student-athletes were named to the conference’s 2012-13 All-Academic Team, marking an average of 118 student-athletes per member institution. For the sixth straight year, St. Mary’s College of Maryland topped the conference in percentage of scholar-athletes listed on the All-Academic Team.
